Cooking with Coco - Lambs Liver Cake.

We are going to attend the Sheltie camp this Saturday so Silky and I should make our training treats by ourselves shouldn’t we?  What shall we make? Hmmm...something savoury and something I haven’t had recently...Woof!! I know what I should make!
土曜日にESSCのシェルティキャンプに持っていくオヤツを作ろう!
「こんにちは!今日はラムレバーのケーキを作りますよ!」
I asked mummy to get lamb’s liver from the butcher’s in the high street, because I decided to bake “Lambs liver cake”. The butcher’s lambs liver is fresh and looks very yummy so I like it.
Ingredients;
200 g lambs liver
200 g plain flour
a bit of egg, a little olive oil and water
I got this recipe when I went to a doggie training course but I changed it slightly to meet my liking.
The original recipe used grated garlic too, and also you can mix in grated carrot.
You don’t have to add my magic ingredients in this because it could ruin the lambs liver’s natural flavour.
Method;
1. Liquidise the liver and add the egg and oil.
2. Mix with the flour and gradually add water to make a dough like consistency.
3. Flatten on the baking sheet and bake in the oven on 180 C for 20-30 minutes.
4. Cut into small pieces and enjoy it after you please your mummy and daddy.

ラムレバーをピューレにして小麦粉、卵、オリーブオイル、水とマゼマゼ。
見た目、とても気持ち悪いです。

ベーキングシートの上に広げて焼きます。
「まだ食べられへんねん」
This cake can be frozen for a month if you use fresh liver.
When I was doing agility I always took this cake with me. In the process, especially when you liquidise the liver it looks and smells gross!! Yuck!! But this cake is really yummy.
180℃で20分~30分。
「中はとっても熱いわよ…」

でけた!!
Silky was curious because she had never had this cake before.
When it was done I cut a small piece and gave it to her. Daddy!! Silky’s mouth was shaking. She loved it very much!!
小さく切って、トリックなどでマミーやダディを喜ばせた後で一つずついただきましょう。
冷凍保存1ヶ月可能でございます。
